REINDEER, an organization dedicated to empowering real estate investors through networking, education, and resources, is set to launch its new platform using Learn Dash. This innovative platform will feature one hundred 5-7 minute introduction videos covering a wide range of topics tailored for real estate investors of all experience levels. The goal is to provide concise, impactful content that addresses the diverse needs of the real estate investing community.

The goal of REINDEER is to offer a monthly subscription that allows one to access all of the education, support, resources, networking, and funding in one place for just $99.00 a month. Additionally, there will be a variety of ala carte virtual events, live events, and communities where our Guides will provide custom content they develop. Guides will be recruited, screened, and selected to lead discussions, offer content, and share their experience to help others. This is a pay-it-forward organization, free of “guru” personalities, ensuring access to not just information but wisdom.

REINDEER is intentionally slow rolling its membership, accepting no more than 25 new members per month to ensure quality over quantity. The membership balance is maintained with a ratio of 5 lender associates to 20 general associates. New members are welcomed through two weekly Zoom meetings, where they are encouraged to build relationships and integrate into the community from the start.

Our subscriber goal is 10,000 by January 1, 2030. We are launching subscriptions in mid 3rd quarter of 2024. Subscribers will be able to join on a monthly basis for 2025 at $99.00 and, unlike any “guru” or mentorship program, can cancel anytime or, like streaming subscriptions, hit pause on billing.
